What this site is

cashmeresweatermen.com is operated by Yes Helping Hand, a social enterprise founded in 2011 in Pokhara, Nepal. It is a catalogue and guide for the three men's cashmere sweaters in that workshop's range. It has no cart, no checkout, no user accounts and no payment processing. We say this in three places on the site because it changes what you can expect from us.

Using the site

• By using this site you confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that a parent or guardian consents on your behalf.
• You agree not to use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.
• We may change or withdraw pages, products, colours and prices without notice.

Prices and product information

Prices shown here are in US dollars and are the parent's listed prices at the time of writing — $155 for the crew neck, $155 for the V-neck and $120 for the quarter zip. Prices are subject to change without notice. If a price on this site and a price on the product listing disagree, the listing you check out on is the one that governs.

We publish measurements in centimetres and describe the fibre as Grade A Chyangra cashmere, 12–16 micron, knitted in Pokhara. Every sweater is knitted in small batches and finished by hand, so slight variation between garments is normal — in dye lot, in surface texture, and within a centimetre or so on the measurements. Photography is shot per dye lot but screens differ, so treat colour images as a close guide rather than a colour match.

We try to describe everything accurately and to mark what we do not yet know. Where a specification is listed as to be confirmed on this site, it is genuinely unconfirmed and should not be relied on as a claim in either direction.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photography, measurements, colour research and page structure on this site belong to Yes Helping Hand or its suppliers and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution and link to it. You may not republish it wholesale, scrape it to populate a competing catalogue, or use our product photography to sell someone else's sweater.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. We put real effort into accuracy — that is the point of the whole project — but we do not warrant that every page is free of error or continuously available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

Yes Helping Hand's terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, with disputes resolved in the courts of Nepal.

One qualification worth stating rather than hiding: if you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, mandatory consumer-protection rules in your own country of residence still apply to you, and a choice-of-law clause cannot take them away. A governing-law line in a seller's terms does not override your statutory rights at home.
