We pack every sweater in Pokhara, Nepal, and send it to you with a tracking number. Here is what it costs, how long it takes and what to expect at customs.
Free worldwide shipping on orders over $100, which covers every sweater. Orders usually arrive 7–15 days after they are confirmed, plus any time in customs. Import duties and taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by you.

Every sweater costs $120 or more, so even a single crew neck, V-neck or quarter zip ships free.
How long it takes
Orders usually arrive 7 to 15 days after they are confirmed. A few things can add time:
- Customs. Your parcel is an import from Nepal. Clearance can take a day or a week, and it sits outside our control.
- Courier delays. Weather and busy periods can slow any courier.
- Peak season. Late November to January is the busiest time of year for parcels. Plan for the slower end of the range.
Need it by a set date?
For a birthday, a trip or a wedding, order early. Allow the full 15 days plus time for customs.
Customs, duty and who pays
Import duties and taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by you. They are not included in our prices.
What you pay, if anything, depends on your country's rules. Your local customs office can tell you before you order.
Your address and tracking
At checkout we check your address with our courier before you pay, so you know it can be delivered. We also ask for a phone number, because couriers use it to reach you about delivery.

Order with weeks to spare, not days. Allow the full 15 days plus customs, and a little more in December.
