Your sweater is posted from Pokhara, Nepal. That is a genuine international shipment with a customs step at the far end, and we would rather set the expectation here than apologise for it later.
Free worldwide shipping on orders above $100. Yes Helping Hand's published policy states that in most cases delivery is expected within 7 to 15 days of the order being confirmed. Treat that as an estimate rather than a promise: it is the transit estimate, and customs clearance in your country sits outside it.

Every sweater on this site is $120 or more, so a single sweater already clears the $100 threshold. In practice, if you are buying one crew neck, one V-neck or one quarter zip, shipping is free.
How long it takes, honestly
The published estimate is 7 to 15 days in most cases, measured from order confirmation, and you are told an estimated delivery timeframe once the order is confirmed. That is the number Yes Helping Hand stands behind and we are not going to inflate or shave it.
What that number does not include is worth stating plainly, because slow delivery is the single most common complaint in this category and pretending otherwise helps nobody:
- Customs clearance at your end. A parcel from Nepal is an import. Clearance can be same-day or it can sit for a week, and no seller controls that queue.
- Third-party carrier delays. Yes Helping Hand's terms state it is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers. Weather, strikes and the Kathmandu air-freight backlog are real.
- Peak season. Late November through January is the busiest stretch of the year for cashmere and for postal networks simultaneously. If you are ordering in that window, plan for the slower end of the range, not the faster one.
If a fixed date matters, this is not the right purchase
For a wedding, a flight or a birthday with no give in it, a 7–15 day estimate from Nepal plus an uncontrolled customs step is not a schedule you should bet on. Order early or buy something local. We would rather lose the sale than be the reason a gift arrives late.
Customs, duty and who pays
Under Yes Helping Hand's terms and conditions, any additional charges such as taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Prices shown on this site and at checkout are for the goods, not for whatever your own customs authority decides to add on arrival.
Whether duty is prepaid at checkout or collected from you on delivery is a material difference to how the parcel arrives, and it is one of the terms we have not been able to confirm — it is listed below rather than guessed at.
Tracking and dispatch

If you are buying for Christmas
More than half the reviews in this category are written between November and January, which tells you when the parcels move. The honest advice is to order with weeks of margin rather than days. We do not yet publish a last-order date for December delivery, and inventing one would be worse than leaving it blank — it is in the table below.

Do I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment until it arrives at your address.
