Your details, and what we do with them
Privacy Policy
We ask for what we need to get a sweater to your door. Here is what that is, who helps us handle it, and how to reach us about it.
When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address. We use them to process, deliver and support your order. Your card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
Who we are
This shop is run by Yes Helping Hand, a social enterprise in Pokhara, Nepal. We make the sweaters, take your order and ship it.

What we collect and why
You can browse the site without giving us anything. We only ask for personal details at checkout.

Who helps us handle it
We share your details only with the services we need to take, pay for and deliver your order.
- Yes Helping Hand's order system. When you place an order, your details and your order are saved in our own order system at yeshelpinghand.com. Our team in Pokhara uses it to pack and ship your sweater.
- Our delivery courier. At checkout we send your address to the courier to check it can deliver there. When your order ships, the courier gets your name, address and phone number to deliver it.
- Stripe. Stripe processes card payments. You type your card details into Stripe's own form on our checkout page, and Stripe handles them under its privacy policy.
- Cloudflare. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which keeps it fast and protects it from attacks. Like any web host, it sees technical details such as your IP address and browser when you visit. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites.
We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.
Our team works from Nepal, and Stripe and Cloudflare run services around the world. That means your details may be handled outside the country you live in.
Cookies and browser storage
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Here is what the site does use.
Your bag (csm.cart, in your browser's local storage) | Remembers the style, colour, size and quantity of what you add to your bag, on your own device. It holds no personal details. Clear your browser's site data to remove it. |

Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font company.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to deliver your order and meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Asking about or deleting your data
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and include your order number if you have one. There is no charge.
We may need to keep some order records for tax and accounting. If so, we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
