Three greys, three temperatures
- Ash Grey. A warm mid grey. The hint of mauve shows in daylight.
- Graphite. Cool and deep. At arm's length it reads as charcoal.
- Muted Grey-Blue. The quarter zip's only colour, cooler still. The blue shows against a white shirt.
Keep two greys apart. An Ash Grey crew with Graphite trousers looks like a missed match. Grey with navy, brown or denim looks intentional.
What to wear it with

- Graphite V-neck, white shirt, charcoal trousers. Reads as tailoring. The closest thing here to a suit.
- The quarter zip over a t-shirt, with denim. Warm at the neck and made to be worn on its own.

Do the three greys match each other?
No. Ash Grey is warm, Graphite is cool, and the quarter zip's Muted Grey-Blue is cooler again. Two greys of different warmth look like a near miss, so pair your grey with navy, brown or denim instead.
Which grey works under a navy jacket?
Ash Grey. Mid grey under navy is one of the safest pairings there is. Graphite under navy is dark on dark and needs a pale shirt to lift it.
Does the quarter zip come in other colours?
No. It comes in one colour, Muted Grey-Blue, in one free size: 65 cm long, 50 cm across the chest and 60 cm sleeve, laid flat. It costs $120.
Does grey cashmere show pilling?
Ash Grey hides it best, because pills are pale and blend into a mid grey. They show more on Graphite. Some pilling in the first wears is normal. Lift it off with a cashmere comb.
